We can ensure rapid first time fix through carrying adequate stock levels on our vans and by obtaining uplifts for works if required, whilst our engineers are on site.
Our bespoke system allows jobs to be scheduled in the most efficient way and provides full job history on our client sites. A by-product of this is our ability to provide reports to our clients once we have identified your needs. Typical reports would include spend per site, spend per task type, number of first time fixes. Average spend, and provision of job status across any outstanding works.
